    I'm considering purchasing their cover, and so could you please let me know why the damaged phones were not covered? Does the policy exclude accidental damage? Thank you

  • Hi James, they apparently changed their policy in December to not cover screen damage or water damage. Customer service was also disappointing when dealing with them afterwards. Had been using this company for about 10years but never again. They also told us toget quotes knowing the damage, which cost us money to do so, only to be told neither ofour phones were covered.
