Disappointed.. will never use or recommend to anyoneagain
2 damaged phones..due to being tossed around on floor of our cruise ship for 20 mins or so while caught in a storm. .not covered. Prescription glasses broken in the same event that apparently depreciate... don't understand how prescription glasses can depreciate.. can't replace them with the same or similar . should i purchase someone elses glasses second hand and use them?... what a joke.. after years of using your company and only claiming once i am extremely disappointed and angry. Will never use you again for any of our upcoming holidays.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re not happy with the outcome of your claim. Depreciation is applied to items under the standard Luggage and Personal effects based upon age and wear & tear of the item.

I'm considering purchasing their cover, and so could you please let me know why the damaged phones were not covered? Does the policy exclude accidental damage? Thank you
