    I'm very sorry to hear about the experience you had with us when you called regarding your potential claim. You do of course have the option still to submit your claim with any supporting documentation, this can be done online on our website and will be assessed by one of our claims assessors.

    I have all the documentation
    Police report
    With drawal slips, money change receipts and bank statements.
    My issue was just with the attitude of the claims officer.
    When I explained I had been robbed on Holliday i thought firstly he would say “I’m sorry to heard that, we are here to help”
    But his comments were verging on being rude.
    “ Like that is very unlikely, that sounds suspicious. “
    He had my name and I thought would see I’ve had 15 policies and no claims

    I have passed on your feedback to our claims department to be internally reviewed. You still have the option to submit your claim, I regret that we provided you with a poor customer experience, it is the exact opposite of what we pride ourselves on.
