Excellent as always

We recently had our luggage delayed for 2 days when travelling from Australia to Italy. It was super easy to look at the PDS and check what we could claim through our comprehensive insurance, without excess (which was brilliant). The claim process was a breeze and we had the money paid back to us within a day! Thanks 1cover
