Have been using Cover for overseas travel for several years now as their policies & premiums suit our needs perfectly. This was our first claim. Initial contact from the USA after our loss was very efficient & helpful, as was our phone contact after arriving home. Our online claim for several items was processed amazingly quickly, with clear reasons for rejection of certain items - all in accordance with the terms of our policy. Highly recommended.
