poor result

Lost sunglasses in Ganges River, no police report or ship report so claim denied. Will not accept Stat Dec, wants me to get report from River Cruise boat in India, not really possible. Poor service. Claim now settled, if you were only ever going to pay $7.90 why did you bother rejecting it in the first place or is it just to show who's boss? You have lost me as a future client, and I will no longer be recommending you to fellow travellers as I have in the past.
