  • This looks like a valid reason for Thai authorities to reject a 'Thailand Pass' application to holders of 1Cover travel insurance, means (non-Thai citizen) holders of such a policy could be denied to enter Thailand. Any comment from a 1Cover representative?

  • I had a good experience with 1Cover claim. My husband broke his leg 3 weeks out of departure date for our holiday. He required surgery so we couldn't travel. 1Cover paid for our non-refundable accommodation $5000 within 4 weeks of claim.
