Poor customer service
They contact you when you send email to advise that you need medical assistance, adk if your okay. The End. Still waiting 1 month for claim to be settled. Sent all documents as requested to lodge claim. Get same reply by email that case is being reviewed
Still gave not been paid for legit hospitalisation overseas.
