Covermore Scam

Booked a cruise just after Christmas for me and my wife and our two friends in May. Unfortunately due to unforeseen health problems one of our friends was admitted into hospital due to heart problems and our two friends were no longer able to travel. After taking out $1500 in travel insurance we assumed that the cost of the cruise for the two friends which amounts to around $3000 would be refunded. After 7 months of back and forth and countless doctor reports Cover-more rejected our claim and never received any information why this decision was made. After losing almost $4500 more expenses will be adding up due to hiring a solicitor and other expenses involved in taking this further. If you're considering Cover-more I highly recommend you go with a more legitimate and more professional company.
