Did not have Covid when I went in to hospital and still did not cover me

I recommend to anyone pay the money for insurance seven corners . never go with cover more as they will try anyway to get out of paying your hospital bill.
I went in to hospital for breathing difficulties and had a negative Covid results. When I went in to the hospital they said I was positive for Covid. Straight away they said they will not cover me as I have Covid, they didn’t even look at my case or assess it just saw Covid emailed me back the next day said denied the claim then I resubmit again said the same thing.
IM TELLING EVERYONE DO NOT GO WITH COVER MORE.

Do not use

There is no real way to contact them when overseas and when calling in to speak to someone the wait is long and it takes 5+ days for a case manager to respond at minimum. I am waiting for a claim
