Never use this company

Just not worth the hassle, impossible to talk to anyone about a claim, on hold for an hour and then line simply goes dead. They don’t respond to emails, just make everything as awkward as possible in hope you’ll lose interest. Complete rip off, my claim appears to be just not progressing,

Do not use

There is no real way to contact them when overseas and when calling in to speak to someone the wait is long and it takes 5+ days for a case manager to respond at minimum. I am waiting for a claim
