Impossible to contact

we got an online quote from cover more. price & terms seem really good, however a couple of minor inconsistencies need to be clarified
so far spent more than 3 hours waiting on various phone calls trying to speak to somebody. numerous emails have gone un-responded. starting to wonder if any people actually work there and if this is a SCAM
very nervous about giving them any money. i mean, if you cannot make contact when trying to pay them money, what will they be like if we ever need to make a claim !!
