If you hire a car, they will not pay any damage amounts or excess "unless you take out FULL comprehensive cover with the hire car company", in which case it's covered anyway!! We lost our entire hire car bond because of a cracked windscreen, haviing chosen the lowest hire car insurance rate, as it clearly states in covermores tick list they pay hire car excess. They do not.

Do not use

There is no real way to contact them when overseas and when calling in to speak to someone the wait is long and it takes 5+ days for a case manager to respond at minimum. I am waiting for a claim
