Worst company I have ever dealt with

I purchased domestic travel insurance from their online portal over a month ago and they sent me certificate of insurance but their support team cannot find any details on their system. Despite repeatedly sending them the certificate of insurance (which they only sent me) and my CC receipt they cannot find it on the system. Their solution was that I should purchase another policy

Do not use

There is no real way to contact them when overseas and when calling in to speak to someone the wait is long and it takes 5+ days for a case manager to respond at minimum. I am waiting for a claim
