Bungee jumping

I went with itrek for my trip to New Zealand because I had my heart set on bungee jumping and NO other insurer would cover it. It was priced really well and I was happy with everything else that the policy covered. I didn't have to claim, because luckily my rope didn't break!!! haha ! I will definitely use them again.

Appauling customer service

I have spent over a month trying to get a reply from Itrek. You can't call them and emails don't get responded to.<br/>Their policy didn't cover COVID19 (like many companies, but not all)

Amazing

I found this company totally professional and extremely helpful. They paid on my claim quickly and hassle free. I cannot recommend them enough.
