My review is a little old, but I remember being pleasantly surprised by the great service, so thought I'd share my experience. In September 2012 I went on a dive holiday to Micronesia and became ill. I found iTrek great in dealing with my claim and ensuring I received the medical help needed. I was reimbursed for prepaid bookings and the cost of changing my flights once I was well enough to fly back. Ever since then I continue to always use iTrek for my travel insurance. Fortunately, I haven't had to make a claim since.
