Not happy

Had a medical incident overseas. Our insurance was not accepted by either the clinic or hospital.. we tried to call the claims number and the customer service numbers but could not get through on any number. Tried to process a claim online and the site wouldn't accept attachments. Really disappointed

Appauling customer service

I have spent over a month trying to get a reply from Itrek. You can't call them and emails don't get responded to.<br/>Their policy didn't cover COVID19 (like many companies, but not all)

Amazing

I found this company totally professional and extremely helpful. They paid on my claim quickly and hassle free. I cannot recommend them enough.
