Other insurance companies are too complicated and not user friendly. I have used itrek 4 times now and would gladly use them again
I have spent over a month trying to get a reply from Itrek. You can't call them and emails don't get responded to.<br/>Their policy didn't cover COVID19 (like many companies, but not all)
I found this company totally professional and extremely helpful. They paid on my claim quickly and hassle free. I cannot recommend them enough.
Really good service , a bit slow response due to COVID-19,however, feel so satisfied <br/>Will definitely join with this insurance company in my next trip
