Baggage Delay Claim
Worst travel insurance company I have ever dealt with. Provided me with half of my claim and still fighting for the other half after 3 weeks. Continually palmed off with reasons such as 'we need receipts' when all receipts were provided in first instance. Each email and phone call has fallen on deaf ears. Will never use again and will be warning others away.
