    We work to reimburse claims to the extent the policy and underwriting allows. All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis, I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the outcome of your claim. However, you can choose to have your claim escalated and reviewed by an independent panel if you wish.   • Thank you Sophie, I have no doubt the small print in your PDS states a range of exclusions and add ons that are to the advantage of Itrek and not the customer and protect you in instances like mine. Itrek is still misleading the customer when purchasing the policy by stating all excess is $200 including Medical and all ski related claims. I had to search to find the double excess clause in the PDS as it’s not actually mentioned under section 5 - winter sports pack.
