Absolutely Disgusted

I travel a lot and always get travel insurance, generally through Covermore. I thought I'd give NIB Travel Insurance a go as I was offered 10% off the policy as I held health insurance. I made a claim and they would not cover it. I dropped my phone and they wanted me to report that to a police officer. Never have I ever had a problem with travel insurance. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. Go with Covermore or a company you can really rely on.

Same experience like everyone else. Flight cancelled when I was at the airport with kids late night and still NIB doesn't cover for the taxi. Doesn't cover for the loss of rental vehicle which
