Online Travel Insurance review by Matt

Never ever recommended

I’ve lodged a claim for more than three months.
I haven’t received it yet and called them more than 20 times and every time I have been told that your claim would be in your account soon.
They provide cheap price, but for nothing just for giving you a policy number.

Unhelpful uncommunicative

Paid for ski holiday insurance with this company. Holiday was cancelled due to covid19. Holiday company agreed to re-book at no extra charge for same time next year. Same with equipment hire company.

I have used Allianz/ Online Travel Insurance several times before, but never had to make a claim. This time I did. They showed their true colours.My domestic plane to Melbourne was delayed, which mean
