• Totally agree, my claim has been "under review" for the past 4 months and is no closer to any resolution, (refer above). Also, i would be very wary of all these so called reviewers that give TID 5 stars but then state they have never made a claim, but then go on to extol the virtues of getting travel insurance and finishing on how cheap TID are. On this later point i have used other insurers on my last 2 trips and they were cheaper than TID while providing an equivalent or better level of cover.
