Be very cautious. Not good. Ended up costing me money, will never use or recommend again. Very disappointed.
No use getting travel insurance when they deny all claims anyway; really wish we used a more reputable company that cares
Lost my luggage going to Fiji. They asked for a silly amount of paperwork then i submitted it all and have heard nothing back for 3 weeks despite emailing them numerous times! Do not recommend using.
