Worst company to use
No use getting travel insurance when they deny all claims anyway; really wish we used a more reputable company that cares

Have not responded to my 3 emails about my claim
Lost my luggage going to Fiji. They asked for a silly amount of paperwork then i submitted it all and have heard nothing back for 3 weeks despite emailing them numerous times! Do not recommend using.

Avoid at all costs!
This company will do anything to weasel out of paying resonable claims. They have no care for the consumer. We became very sick on our honeymoon and had to return home and they wouldn’t cover our flig
