Medical claim cruise ship

I contracted COVID 19 and an infection from a seperate condition while cruising the Sth Pacific. Due to an underlying condition I needed anti viral medication which was quite expensive. Once I returned home I submitted a claim. The claim process was smooth with an agent guiding me through the process and requirements. My claim was reviewed and approved within a matter of days.
