Very, very disappointing

If we could give less than one star for Zoom Travel Insurance "comprehensive" cover then we most definitely would. DO NOT waste your time or money taking out travel insurance with this mob! It is bad enough having the gut wrenching experience of having items stolen while you are on holidays than to attempt to make a claim and be told the "depreciation" of your stolen items (iPhone, battery pack) means that according to Zoom they have absolutely no value anyway! And what of replacing $300 spent on emergency prescription medications that were stolen along with my 3 month old backpack and other valuable items? Well, in total Zoom were very generous in offering a grand total of $37 for the lot (iPhone etc included!). I repeat DO NOT waste your time or money with this absolute rip off company.
