Happy customer!

Zoom Travel insurance had a very competitive premium quote and easy sign up process. Unfortunately due to unforeseen health reasons we had to cancel our trip. The online claim process was relatively easy to use and submit. After a number of requests for further information that we provided a settlement was reached and payment made the following day.

We submitted the claim and this was an easy process, very quick for request for additional information and settlement schedule. Great work

Just made second successful claim for medical travel insurance, 6 weeks to process claim from initial incident. Always make sure you fill in pre existing conditions when buying cover it will be chec
