  • Budget Direct is a fraud. Stu, who claims to be a experienced claims officer makes his own rule as he goes along. I lost my documents and at first they tell me it is not covered because they only cover credit cards, travel documents and checks.
    When pointed out those went missing from a delayed bag, they again denied the claim by saying it was travel documents and should have not been in the checked in bag.
    When again pointed out that they were not travel documents, but other documents, they made up another lie.
    The crook who owns it should be put behind bars as he is a fraud allowed to operate legally in Australia. You are cheats and thief.
