  • It was not inline with the policy terms or conditions. Thus you had to approve my claim in the end. I have filed a complaint with AFCA regarding your attempted fraud. You didn't manage to scam me and you shouldn't be allowed to continue trying that with others either.

    I'm lucky to have legal resources that don't charge me to confirm me something that I already suspect.
