  • I have written to the IDR. I have found out through the AFCA you direct people to your IDR committee but this is to waste the clients time on the hope they will just give up. As stated previously all 5 of my husbands travelling companions have had their money refunded by their insurance companies. And yes they all have the same clause about "taking all reasonable steps to reduce loss", however those companies acknowledge that everything possible has been done. You however are being extremely difficult and clinging to travel credits which can't be used. Other companies all understand the credits can't be used and are therefore void.
