Terrible experience
My luggage broke during my travel, and currently overseas. They wont compensate for my damaged luggage, not even a cent. Worst insurance i ever bought and worst customer service ever. I regret purchasing a year’s worth of travel insurance and I want a refund for my money!

Do not ever buy this
I have bought annual travel insurance for almost a decade now, and decided to try this out.

They ask me first to select a plan, then my credit card details, followed by my personal particulars....
