Do not use Wise Traveller

Stay away from this company !! Claims are a nightmare .. lost luggage, flight cancelled, paid for new flight, slept on an airport floor and had to buy emergency clothing .. only portion of the new flight payment received - nothing else! Still trying to gain reimbursement costs from 2022. The same company kept my annual insurance cover I’d paid for when Perth’s borders were closed and I could not fly internationally!
