Wise not to apply

They ask me first to select a plan, then my credit card details, followed by my personal particulars. When I keyed in my age, their system didn't accept and hanged there (may be over the age limit). I had no choice but to abort the application and I was surprised later that they billed me even wwen my application was not completed or finalised, They refused to issue a full refund when I appealed
