Do not ever buy this

I have bought annual travel insurance for almost a decade now, and decided to try this out.

1. The limitations in their policy wording is ridiculous. My flight in the US was cancelled because of the airline ran out of crew, due to various delays because of the 'winter' weather. My claim was rejected because 'it was not weather' and they only limit claims on 'typhoon, earthquake, or tsunami'.

I am only claiming to get my pre-payments on hotel back.

2. My luggage was broken by the airline, and I followed every single wording on the instruction. They get back to me after 3 months to fill up a form.

The point for these travel insurance is you pray you'll never have to use them. But if this is becomes this limited then there is no point.
