Excellent communication and swift service.

The consultants were kind and prompt. The medical consultant reassuring in a difficult situation. Most of all they dealt with the hospital in Vietnam doing everything to provide financial guarantees so my emergency condition could be dealt with as soon as possible.

If we could give less than one star for Zoom Travel Insurance "comprehensive" cover then we most definitely would. DO NOT waste your time or money taking out travel insurance with this mob! It is bad
