Terrific value

Luckily I didn't need to use, or claim against, my travel insurance while I was in Indonesia for three weeks. However the experience I had with Zoom was brilliant. Easy website and explanations, lots of information, and regular contact while I had my cover. Will definitely use them again on my next trip.

Very, very disappointing

If we could give less than one star for Zoom Travel Insurance "comprehensive" cover then we most definitely would. DO NOT waste your time or money taking out travel insurance with this mob! It is bad
