Claims experience

This would have to be the best insurance company i have had the experience to deal with. They were willing to listen to the problem we en counted and after a bit a correspondence backward and forward an outcome was determined. I will be and recommending Zoom to all friends and family when travelling overseas

If we could give less than one star for Zoom Travel Insurance "comprehensive" cover then we most definitely would. DO NOT waste your time or money taking out travel insurance with this mob! It is bad
