Fantastic efficiency and comfort knowing insurance was sorted with Zoom

From the quote till my return I knew that I was being looked after by my insurance company Zoom. I’ve used them 3 times and will continue to for my upcoming travel.

Very, very disappointing

If we could give less than one star for Zoom Travel Insurance "comprehensive" cover then we most definitely would. DO NOT waste your time or money taking out travel insurance with this mob! It is bad
