Great customer service at a right price

We were looking for a travel insurance that would cover us when visiting highlands with altitude above 3500 in the Sichuan Provence of China. Zoom was the only travel insurance would cover us without having to pay the additional premium for the adventure package which designed especially for mountain trekkers or for the adventurer. Our itinerary were mainly day trip by bus onto the highlands and mountains for sightseeing and no mountain trekking involved. Zoom also sent us a confirmation email stating we would cover for traveling to altitude above 3500 sea level for our peace of mind. We are very happy with zoom’s cover and their services and would definitely use this company again.
