Fantastic, fast and reliable.

Unfortunately I could not attend my holiday to Japan. It took over 10 months to receive a partial refund from the airline with constant chasing..... however once I finally did, I put in a claim with zoom for the cancellation fees. It was fast, simple and hassle free. I received an instant email stating it was received and promptly an email confirming it was processed and a breakdown of the refund I would receive. The funds were in my bank account within a couple days. Highly recommend zoom and will use them again because I'll know I'm covered (hopefully I won't have to claim a refund again though 💔😭).
