Zoom were really understanding with my recent claim
Recently we had to cancel a holiday to Bali due to the bushfire crisis in NSW. We cancelled everything and managed to move everything to new dates in December. We were out of pocket on our airfares so I lodged a claim with Zoom. The process was easy and it took about 7 days for them to approve my claim. As such, I took out another policy for the new dates of our travel. Thanks again for your understanding.
