Excellent customer service

Having to make a claim, I've spoken with the customer service team severeal times and they're been more than helpful. Definitely reccommend as I've only spoken to local staff and genuinely caring people.
One area of improvement would be the online document submission area, where once you've put a document up, I can't seem to open it to check what I've uploaded.
