simple application process and prompt acknowledgement of application

Obtaining the cover was very easy through the online application. Advice cover was provided was prompt. Providing an email welcoming us home with facility to make claim was impressive.

If we could give less than one star for Zoom Travel Insurance "comprehensive" cover then we most definitely would. DO NOT waste your time or money taking out travel insurance with this mob! It is bad
