Not a pleasant experience

After being disembarked from a cruise in a foreign country I had so much trouble with Zoom to accept the claim after a lot of jumping through hoops for them & having to pay the hospital A/c so my husband could be discharged they finally accepted the claim & flew us home but another flight that we missed they would not pay out on

If we could give less than one star for Zoom Travel Insurance "comprehensive" cover then we most definitely would. DO NOT waste your time or money taking out travel insurance with this mob! It is bad
