Zoom were very helpful with my policy when our trip was cancelled.

I had to cancel a trip due to the corona virus and I was outside the time in which you can change dates on your policy. Zoom were very understanding and immediately issued me with a credit voucher. I was so impressed with the speed in which they handled my query and their willingness to find a resolution.

If we could give less than one star for Zoom Travel Insurance "comprehensive" cover then we most definitely would. DO NOT waste your time or money taking out travel insurance with this mob! It is bad
