Great customer service

We had a trip cancelled due to covid19 . So I Emailed Zoom to see if we could maybe put a hold on our policy. The customer service we received by Harriet was exceptional !! received a credit voucher without any issues for future use when travel overseas is back on. Would recommend this company. D & H

Very, very disappointing

If we could give less than one star for Zoom Travel Insurance "comprehensive" cover then we most definitely would. DO NOT waste your time or money taking out travel insurance with this mob! It is bad
