Excellent Customer Relations

We took out a 1 year frequent traveler policy for 2020. International travel was banned from Australia in March 2020, 2 days ago I contacted ZOOM about this and ZOOM gave us a $498 credit, pro-rata for the unused portion of our policy, much better than we got from Princess Cruises, Thank you ZOOM
