Outstanding service

The claims process was very easy to complete and the communication from the company was excellent. This is the first time I have used this company but will certainly use them again in the future. Is nice to know you can travel with knowledge that you are well looked after.

If we could give less than one star for Zoom Travel Insurance "comprehensive" cover then we most definitely would. DO NOT waste your time or money taking out travel insurance with this mob! It is bad
