Have an excuse why they won’t cover you for every claim made!!

I purchased a policy with this company and I made a mistake and purchased the medical policy as I was rushed at the check in to purchase insurance, once I realised it was not fully comprehensive, I tried to call but there are no landlines or online help, so I had to email them, waiting for a response which wasn’t done until hours later… I repurchased a new fully comp and got refunded the old one. Unfortunately to me my flight got cancelled and I left the next day instead losing out on a booked boat trip $235 , and I also had my phone stolen from my pocket on new years eve 12noon whilst hugging my partner happy new year with my money and phone and ids, also my brand new guess suitcase came back with a broken wheel, when making a claim they took 14days to get back to me, and declined my claims, even though I said I do not care about the cancellation of flight the hotel stay and food and drinks and lost day of the holiday as the airline covered most of that, all I wanted was the boat trip and phone, money and ids and broken wheel on luggage covered. All proof of everything required was provided. They then said I need to pay excess 200 on each claim one for the boat, one for the phone, one for the suitcase wheel etc this is a total scam. Then said that the policy does not cover depreciation or phones. I have never made a claim
In my life, and the first time I did I felt betrayed, I don’t understand why we buy insurance if they never want to cover you. Is t the point of having insurance is to make you feel at ease if anything goes wrong?? It’s very sad and misleading. I will never be dealing with this company again. Even though it was cheap for cover, it is cheap for a reason! Not a reliable insurance company! Stay AWAY!!!
