Hassle Free Claim

I recently placed a Family Emergency Claim with Zoom and it was processed within 2 weeks. The whole process was easy although it did take an online chat to find the right form. With the right information and the right advice given about correct wording to use, the claim went through without a hitch. Thank you Zoom for the compassion you showed. I will certainly use Zoom again.

If we could give less than one star for Zoom Travel Insurance "comprehensive" cover then we most definitely would. DO NOT waste your time or money taking out travel insurance with this mob! It is bad
